It's a done deal. East Boston Savings fully acquires Mt. Washington

Meridian Interstate Bancorp, Inc. and East Boston Savings Bank Complete Acquisition of Mt. Washington Cooperative Bank (Nasdaq:EBSB):

The combination of Mt. Washington and East Boston results in a community bank with 20 full service branch offices located throughout the Boston metropolitan area. Each Mt.
