Music from East Boston's Stiletto

Who am I?

I am Stiletto! I am true to myself and I own it. I am a true patriot, fighting through music, for our rights, our history, our children’s and grandchildren’s future. My hero and inspiration is my dad, a WWII Battle of the Bulge U.S. Army veteran. He taught me about life, love and respect. I was adopted at birth, so I have always had an 'on the outside looking in' perspective at life. I have been described as 'TNT in the key of C'. My music brings unity, not division, law and order, not chaos. I am pro-life, pro-Trump, and God fearing. I support and back law enforcement and all first responders. I believe in our Constitution, and the right to bear arms. I am old school and live life fearlessly with passion. I have been down the dark road and back, and even revived from the dead. I want everyone to join the race…. The Human Race!! My music reflects life’s journeys, emotions, reality and truths. I am a small town Eastie girl from Massachusetts with a tough hard edge, yet still enough heart to love. Tap into the movement……The Universe is Calling.

East Boston Main Streets Highlights Acoustic on Main August 14-23

(EASTBOSTON – August 10, 2015)– Back by popular demand, East Boston Main Streets invites East Boston businesses to participate in “Acoustic on Main,” a 10-day event in East Boston’s Main Streets District celebrating and promoting local small businesses and musical performers.

Beginning Friday August 14th through Sunday August 23rd, 10 am - 10 pm, all Main Streets small businesses are invited to host acoustic performances with up to 5 instrumental or vocal performers - no need to apply for a live entertainment license and no fees. The hours have been expanded from the last time we did this to encompass more daytime performance opportunities (brunch anyone?), and coincide with several great retail events including The Sales Tax holiday (Sat & Sun, August 15-16)

"We are excited to enliven our Main Streets districts with music to support our local businesses while also supporting our local musicians," said Mayor Walsh. "Consider shopping locally and taking in a performance during Acoustic on Main and empower our neighborhoods to thrive."

Businesses and musicians who wish to participate can register at the Acoustic on Main website (http://www.cityofboston.gov/acousticonmain/), and businesses hosting events are also welcome to submit those events to the City of Boston’s online calendar.  As the schedule develops, members of the public are encouraged to follow and engage with the event using #AcousticOnMain.

"This is a great opportunity to showcase acoustic performers and to highlight our thriving business district by connecting musicians to business owners.  We encourage East Boston residents and visitors alike to shop our local businesses, eat at our local restaurants, and cheer on our local musicians. Small businesses truly are the catalyst for so much positive change in our community – let’s get out and support them while also supporting local live music," explains Max Gruner, Executive Director of EBMS.

Acoustic on Main is a partnership of Mayor Martin J. Walsh, the City Council's Committee on Arts & Culture and Committee on Small Business, Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Office of Arts & Culture, Consumer Affairs and Licensing and Office of Business Development.

EBMS is a non-profit corporation. Our mission is to create a more vibrant business district by initiating private and public improvements, promoting commerce, and supporting efforts to improve the quality of life for all who live, work and do business in East Boston.

(EAST BOSTON, September 29, 2014) EVENT RECAP: HarborArts Presents: HarborArts Festival 2014 featuring Soul Clap and friends! Saturday, September 20, 2014 - Noon to Midnight at the HarborArts Shipyard Gallery, Boston Harbor Shipyard & Marina Presented in association with We Are Music, Soul Clap Records, and Strewnshank Productions

East Your Art Out!  HarborArts Festival 2014, the fourth annual anniversary celebration of the HarborArts Shipyard Gallery, made a huge splash in East Boston!  Over 4,000 people flocked to the docks this past Saturday to enjoy a full day of arts, live music, activism, and delicious food & drink in the historic working shipyard. The last Saturday of summer brought us a postcard-perfect afternoon on the waterfront and festgoers of all ages from East Boston and beyond mingled along the pier with vendors and artists.  After sunset, we danced the night away under the stars before sweeping views of the sparkling Boston skyline.

The most successful HarborArts Festival to date would not have been possible without the generous support of the Boston Harbor Shipyard & Marina, and the contributions of our sponsors and friends:
